Your website will be hosted on one of our Intel Pentium IV servers running at 2.6 GHz and holding 1024 MB of RAM.

Basic overview of software:

• Our servers run Red Hat Linux Enterprise 3 with the new 2.6.2 kernel.
• Apache 1.3.29 serves your web pages.
• Perl 5.8.1, PHP 4.3.6, and MySQL 4.0.20 provide scripting and database backends.
• NEW! CPanel 9 provides website administration!

We upgrade all of the above software each time a stable version is released. Your website will always be up-to-date.

We currently offer technical support by e-mail, MSN, AIM, and YIM. We plan to offer even more options in the future. Check the e-mail you received upon activation of your account for information on how to contact us via these services.

Please note that our tech support is limited to server issues and CPanel help. We CANNOT help you with installation of third-party scripts, web page design, or coding questions.

We are a family-friendly hosting service, so no adult content, please. Also, make sure you hold the copyright on all files you are distributing. If illegal content (music, warez) is found, your account will be terminated with no refunds.

Because you will be sharing a server with other hosting customers, we reserve the right to remove any scripts or files that are placing an undue strain on the server. Most scripts, such as forums and shopping carts, are perfectly fine. Feel free to ask if you're not sure how much of a strain any given script will put on the server.

We will periodically check to see if your site has gone over its limit. If you have, visitors will receive a "Bandwith Exceeded" message until the end of your contract month, when your bandwidth counter resets. There is no penalty for exceeding your limit. If you like, you can purchase additional bandwidth for just $1 / GB to extend your limit for that month only.
